  • All orders are subject to availability. If a supplier or print partner cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

5. Pricing, Currency & Orders

  • Prices: All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include UK taxes where applicable. Delivery costs are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
  • Contract Formation: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we (or our fulfillment partner) dispatch the items and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

6. International Orders (EU, USA & Canada)

7. Cancellations, Returns & Statutory Rights

A. Change of Mind (UK & EU Customers)
  • Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your items without giving any reason.
  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window, and return the goods within 14 days of that notification.
  • Condition of Goods: You are entitled to inspect the goods as you would in a retail shop. If goods are returned diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund.
  • Return Postage: You are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
  • Exemptions: Customised or bespoke items (e.g., personalised text or prints made specifically to your instructions) cannot be cancelled or returned under the statutory right to cancel.
B. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015)

  • Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to you. You may not reproduce, copy, alter, or commercially exploit any artwork or designs displayed on our products or website.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection legislation.
